Investors In People Standard.
Our
People are our most important asset
and this is clearly demonstrated by
our successful review and our active
training policy.The Investors In People
standard has given us the opportunity
to focus and identify areas of
improvement.It has enabled everyone to be
valued and appreciated within our
environment.
With
the help of Business Link and our
Business Advisor we were able to
utilise the new Profiling system which
we found a very useful and powerful
tool.
Investors
in People UK was established in 1993
to provide national ownership of the
Investors in People Standard and is
responsible for its promotion and
branding, quality assurance and
development. Since 1991 tens of
thousands of UK employers, employing
millions of people, have become
involved with the know the benefits of
being an 'Investor in People'.
